Four lanes differential pair capable of operating HBR3 (8.1-Gbps), HBR2 (5.4-Gbps) , HBR (2.7-Gbps) and RBR (1.62-Gbps) data rates for high definition uncompressed video transmission. The main link is fully compliant with the DisplayPort v1.4 specification.

AUX Channel

A differential half-duplex bi-directional channel used for side-band communication between the DisplayPort source and sink devices. The bandwidth of this link is up to 1-Mbps.

Single-Mode or Dual-mode DisplayPort (DP++) output (Transmitter)

UC4210 HUB consists of one or two VESA Dual-mode DisplayPort (DP++) transmitters. As a standard DisplayPort transmitter, each Dual-mode DisplayPort (DP++) transmitter consists of four-lane Main Link differential pair and one AUX channel differential pair. Dual-mode DisplayPort (DP++) transmitter can be configured as DisplayPort mode or AC-coupled HDMI (TMDS) mode.

Four lanes differential pairs capable of operating HBR2 (5.4-Gbps), HBR (2.7-Gbps) and RBR (1.62-Gbps) data rates for high definition uncompressed video transmission on DisplayPort mode and maximal TMDS link rate as 3.4-Gbps on AC-coupled HDMI (TMDS) mode. The main link is fully compliant with the DisplayPort v1.4 specification and Dual-mode DisplayPort v1.1.

AUX Channel/ DDC-CH

A differential half-duplex bi-directional channel used for side-band communication between the DisplayPort source and sink devices. The bandwidth of this link is up to 1-Mbps. The AUX Channel / DDC-CH is fully compliant with the DisplayPort v1.4 specification and Dual-mode DisplayPort v1.1.
