With this DisplayPort 1.4 8K KVM Switch,you can connect from two DP PC to one of your external DisplayPort Monitor,two PCs can share one same External Screen by press"select"button to switch between your two PCs.

While connecting from your PC to the Switcher's DP Input 1 and Input 2,you can have multiple connection methods via different cable,such as Mini dp to dp 4k cable,hdmi to dp 4k with USB Power,USB-C to dp 4k60hz,so it provides multiple connection for different PC.

Whether that yours target monitor is HDMI or DisplayPort connector. we add a DisplayPort & HDMI sink port . For video output.
